When signing up for a free investor account, you are not required to enter any additional information other than your Name and Email Address. Agents and Company accounts will require additional information such as Registration number and in order to identify the specific entity on the system.
By voluntarily providing us with Account Information as detailed above, you represent that you are the owner of such personal information or otherwise have the requisite consent to provide it to us.
We may collect personal information from you when you submit forms on our Website, or as you use interactive features such as requesting customer support, or otherwise communicating with us.
If you decide to partake in an active subscription, we will ask for additional information such as date of birth, Nationality, Phone Number, Address etc.

IPOHub OÜ is chief processor of personal data. IPOHub OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
