One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for the price which corresponds to 70 percent of the volume weighted average trading price 10 days before subscription period with the support of warrants begins, but not less than SEK 7.10 and not more than SEK 10.0 per share. The subscription with the support of warrants will take place during June 7, 2022 - June 21, 2022.

One (1) warrant TO3 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during a period of ten (10) trading days before the first day of subscription, however, not less than share quota value and not more than SEK 2.62 per share.

Update (11.11.2022): First trading day for warrants TO1 is November 21, 2022.

Update (17.04.2023): Subscription price for warrants TO3 has been set - SEK 0.17 per share.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period September 18, 2023 - September 29, 2023, however, not less than quota value and not more than SEK 0.12 per share. Subscription period with the support of warrants will take place between October 3, 2023 - October 17, 2023.
