One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period of ten (10) trading days before the exercise period begins, however, not less than share quota value and not more than SEK 1.22 per share.

One (1) warrant series TO6 entails the right to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company at an exercise price corresponding to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average price of the Company's share during the period from and including August 21, 2023 to and including 1 September 2023, however, the share's minimum quota value (SEK 0.09) and maximum SEK 0.80. Subscription of shares with the support of warrants takes place during the period 6 September - 20 September 2023.
