One (1) warrant of series 2020/2021 (TO 4) entitles to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company against cash payment amounting to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average price for the share during the period from and including January 22, 2021 to February 4, 2021, however not exceeding SEK 3.00 per share (although the subscription price cannot be less than the share's quota value). Subscription of shares with the support of warrants can take place during the period from and including February 8, 2021 to and including February 19, 2021.
