One (1) warrant of series TO1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new B share in the Company against cash payment corresponding to seventy (70) percent of the volume weighted average price of the Company's share on the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market during the period September 28, 2020 - October 9, 2020, however, the subscription price may amount to a maximum of SEK 0.80 per share. The subscription with the support of warrants series TO1 will take place from October 12, 2020 - October 23, 2020.

The subscription with the support of warrants series TO2 B will take place from March 8, 2021 - March 19, 2021.

The subscription with the support of warrants series TO3 B will take place from August 23, 2021 - September 3, 2021.

Shareholders of Terranet will receive one (1) warrant of series TO4 B for every thirty-seven (37) shares held on the record date (May 05, 2021). One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70 percent of the average volume-weighted trading price during the period February 11, 2022, - February 24, 2022, however not higher than SEK 3.60 and not less than the quota value of the Company’s share.

Update (24.02.2022): Subscription price for warrants TO4 B has been determined - SEK 0.56 per share.

Shareholders of Terranet will receive one (1) warrant of series TO5 B for every fourty-three (43) shares held on the record date (May 14, 2021). One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70 percent of the average volume-weighted trading price according to Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market during the period commencing February 24, 2023, up until and including the March 9, 2023, however not higher than SEK 4.20 and not less than the quota value of the Company’s share.

Update (13.03.2023): Subscription price for warrants TO5 B has been set - SEK 0.44 per share.

Every warrant of series TO6 gives the right to subscribe for one (1) new B-share in the Company. The subscription price for subscription of shares with the support of warrants of series TO6 corresponds to 70 percent of the volume-weighted average price paid for the Company’s shares on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market during the period from 10 November 2023 up to and including 23 November 2023, but not less than the shares nominal value (currently SEK 0.01) and not more than SEK 0.27.

Every warrant of series TO7 gives the right to subscribe for one (1) new B-share in the Company. The subscription price for subscription of shares with the support of warrants of series TO6 corresponds to 70 percent of the volume-weighted average price paid for the Company’s shares on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market during the period from 2 May 2024 up to and including 16 May 2024, but not less than the shares nominal value (currently SEK 0.01) and not more than SEK 0.27.

The exercise period for subscription of shares with the support of the warrants of series TO7 will run from 20 May 2024, up to and including 3 June 2024.
