One (1) Unit consists of one (1) B share and one (1) free of charge warrant of series TO1. One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average price during the period May 17, 2021 - May 28, 2021, but not less than quota value - SEK 0.10 and not more than SEK 0.50. The subscription with the support of warrants will take place from June 1, 2021 - June 14, 2021.
