Svenska Aerogel Holding AB

Each TO1 series warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company against cash payment corresponding to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average price of the Company's share on Nasdaq First North GM Sweden during the period from March 2, 2021 to March 13. 2021, however, the subscription price may not be less than the quota value of the share during the subscription period. Subscription of shares with the support of the warrants shall take place in accordance with the terms of the warrants during the period March 16, 2021 to March 27, 2021.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period June 1, 2021 - June 12, 2021, however, not less than the share quota value during the subscription period. Subscription with the support of the warrants will take place during June 15, 2021 - June 26, 2021.

One (1) warrant TO5 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70 percent fo the volume weighted average trading price during the period October 3, 2022 - October 14, 2022.

Update (01.02.2022): First trading day for warrants TO5 is February 4, 2022.

Update (17.10.2022): Subscription price for warrants TO5 has been set - SEK 0.117 per share.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period April 14, 2023 - April 27, 2023, however, not less than SEK 0.05 (share quota value) and not more than SEK 0.22 per share.
