Sprint Bioscience AB

Three (3) warrants entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for the price which correspond to seventy (70) percent of the volume weighted average price for the Company's share on Nasdaq First North Premier during the period from and with January 14, 2019 to January 25, 2019, however, a minimum of SEK 15 and a maximum of SEK 29 per share. Subscription of shares with the support of warrants will take place during the period from January 28, 2019 - February 8, 2019.

Update (28.01.2019): The subscription period for warrants of series 2018/2019: 1 begins on January 28, 2019.

One (1) warrant of series TO1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for SEK 14.5 during the subscription period from February 14, 2020 - February 28, 2020.

Update (22.10.2019): The record date for obtaining free warrants in Sprint Bioscience AB is set for October 30, 2019.

Update (14.02.2020): The exercise period for warrants of series TO1 in Sprint Bioscience has begun.

One (1) warrant of series TO2 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for the price which corresponds to the volume-weighted share price on the Nasdaq First North Sweden during the period from April 27, 2020 - May 8, 2020 with a thirty (30) percent discount, but not more than SEK 16 per share. The subscription witht the support of warrants of series TO2 will take place from May 14, 2020 to May 28, 2020.

Update (22.10.2019): The record date for obtaining free warrants in Sprint Bioscience AB is set for October 30, 2019.

Update (14.05.2020): Exercise period for warrants of series TO2 2019 in Sprint Bioscience AB begins today.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for SEK 8.25 during the subscription period from February 15, 2021 - March 14, 2021.

Update (08.07.2020): Sprint Bioscience AB announces the last day for trading with BTU and first day for trading in warrants TO 4.

Two (2) warrants entitles the holder to subscribe one (1) new share for SEK 1.0 during the period May 15, 2023 - May 30, 2023.
