The Company issues 265.722 Units. One (1) Unit consists of four (4) new shares and one (1) free of charge warrant of series 2020. One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70 percent of the average volume-weighted trading price during the period of ten (10) trading days ending two (2) banking days before the exercise period begins, however not more than SEK 100.0 per share.

Update (17.04.2020): Subscription price for warrants TO2 determined - SEK 42.68.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70 percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period from October 5, 2021 - October 18, 2021, but not less than share quota value and not more than SEK 93.75

Update (19.10.2021): Subscription price for warrants TO4 has been set - SEK 18.82.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period May 17, 2023 - May 31, 2023, however, not less than SEK 0.12 (share quota value) and not more than SEK 13.50 per share.
