One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to volume-weighted average trading price during the period May 24, 2021 - June 4, 2021 with a discount of twenty (25) percent, however, not less than SEK 0.07 (share quota value) and not more than SEK 7.20 per share.

Update (24.11.2020): First trading day for warrants TO1 is December 1, 2020.

Update (06.06.2021): Subscription price for warrants TO1 has been set - SEK 2.52.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70 percent of the volume weighted average trading price between march 27, 2023 - April 12, 2023, however, not less than share quota value (SEK 0.07) and not more than SEK 1.25 per share. Subscription with the support of warrants will take place from April 14, 2023 - April 27, 2023.

Update (13.04.2023): Subscription price for warrants TO2 has been set - SEK 0.035 per share. One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe 1.75 new shares.

One (1) warrant TO3 entitles the holder to subscribe one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period July 21, 2023 - August 3, 2023, however, not less than share quota value and not more than SEK 0.06 per share.

Update (19.04.2023): First trading day for warrants TO3 is April 27, 2023.

Update (03.08.2023): Subscription price for warrants TO3 has been set - SEK 0.025 per share.
