One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company during the subscription period from January 20, 2021 until February 17, 2021 at a subscription price corresponding to seventy (70) percent of the volume weighted average price of the Company's share during the period of ten (10) trading days ending one (1) banking day before the first day of the redemption period. However, the exercise price should not be less than SEK 1.0.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70 percent of the volume weighted average trading price during the period November 12, 2021 - November 25, 2021, however, not less than share quota value SEK 0.50 and not more than SEK 1.30 per share.

Update (14.09.2021): The record date for the allotment of warrants of series TO5 to existing shareholders is set for September 22, 2021.

Update (05.10.2021): First trading day for warrants TO5 is October 8, 2021.

Update (26.11.2021): Subscription price for warrants TO5 has been set - SEK 0.50.

One (1) warrant TO6 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70% of the volume weighted averge trading price between September 30, 2022 - October 14, 2022, however, not less than share quota value (SEK 0.15) and not more than SEK 0.40 per share.

Update (07.03.2022): One (1) warrant TO6 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70% of the volume weighted averge trading price between September 30, 2022 - October 14, 2022, however, not less than share quota value (SEK 0.1) and not more than SEK 0.30 per share. Subscription with the support of warrants TO6 will take place between October 19, 2022 - November 2, 2022.

Update (20.10.2022): Subscription price for warrants TO6 has been set - SEK 0.10 per share.

One (1) warrant TO7 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70% of the volume weighted averge trading price between March 23, 2023 - April 6, 2023, however, not less than share quota value (SEK 0.15) and not more than SEK 0.50 per share. Subscription with the support of warrants TO7 will take place between April 11, 2023 - April 25, 2023.

Update (07.03.2022): One (1) warrant TO7 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70% of the volume weighted averge trading price between March 23, 2023 - April 6, 2023, however, not less than share quota value (SEK 0.1) and not more than SEK 0.35 per share. Subscription with the support of warrants TO7 will take place between April 11, 2023 - April 25, 2023.

Update (06.04.2023): Subscription price has been set - SEK 0.02 per share.

Two (2) warrants of series TO8 entitles the holder to subscribe one (1) new share for SEK 0.03.
