One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70 percent of the volume weighted average trading price during ten (10) trading days before November 11, 2022, however, not less than SEK 0.50 and not more than SEK 1.0 per share. Subscription with the support of warrants will take place between November 14, 2022 - November 25, 2022.

One (1) warrant TO2 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to the volume-weighted average trading price during the period April 17, 2023 - April 28, 2023, however, not less than share quota value and not more than SEK 0.11 per share.

One (1) warrant TO3 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to the volume-weighted average trading price during the period October 18, 2023 - October 31, 2023, however, not less than share quota value and not more than SEK 0.12 per share.

One (1) warrant TO4 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to the volume-weighted average trading price during the period April 2, 2024 - April 15, 2024, however, not less than share quota value and not more than SEK 0.14 per share. Subscription period with the support of warrants will take place between April 17, 2024 - May 1, 2024.
