One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for a share price which corresponds to seventy-five (75) percent of a volume weighted average of the Company's share during the period January 7, 2019 until January 18, 2019. With reference to the applicable legislation, however, the subscription price may not be less than the share's quota value at the time of the subscription. The subscription of shares with the support of the warrants shall take place in accordance with the terms of the warrants during the period from January 21, 2019 until February 1, 2019.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company at a strike price corresponding to seventy-five (75) percent of the volume-weighted average price during a period of ten (10) trading days ending two (2) banking days before the exercise period commences, however, the exercise price may not exceed SEK 15.0 per share. Subscription of shares with the support of warrants will take place during the period from February 1, 2015 until February 15, 2021.
