One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to sixty-five (65) percent of the average volume-weighted trading price during the period of ten (10) trading days ending two (2) banking days before the exercise period begins, however, not less than SEK 0.08 ( the quota value of the share) and not more than SEK 15.50 per share.

Update (04.12.2020): Subscription price determined for warrants TO1 - SEK 3.22.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy-five (75) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period June 8, 2023 - June 21, 2023, however, not less than SEK 5 and not more than SEK 10 per share.
