The subscription price for the warrants exercising shall correspond to 135 percent of the final subscription price for a one (1) new share in the Offer. Subscription of shares through exercise of warrants will be possible for a period of eighteen (18) months after the registration of the warrants at the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

One (1) option right gives the right to subscribe for one (1) new A share in Maha Energy AB at the issue price of 7,45 SEK per share. Subscription period through May 29, 2021 at. 15:00

If you have the subscription options in a VP account, you must sign up for subscription using the application form. Please note that you must simultaneously make payment of the subscription proceeds according to the instructions on the application form. To exercise your subscription options TO 2 A that you keep on a depository, you should contact your bank or trustee. Applications for subscription of shares through exercise of subscription option TO 2 A will be processed after the respective dates below. When you subscribe, you first receive Interim Shares ("IA") which after about two to three weeks after the following date are converted into Class A shares.
