One (1) warrant TO6 B entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new B share in the Company.

One (1) warrant of series TO 8 B entitles the holder to subscribe for one B share at a subscription price corresponding to seventy-five (75) percent of the volume weighted average price during the subscription period from November 16, 2020 until November 27, 2020, but at least SEK 3.30 and a maximum of SEK 4.40 per share.

Update (30.11.2020): Subscription price determined for iZafe's warrant TO 8 B.

Update (04.12.2020): Subscription period for iZafe warrants (series TO 8 B) begins today Friday, December 4, 2020.

In connection with the procurement of the credit facility, it has been decided that 2 million warrants will be issued by the TO 9 series, which will be distributed pro rata among the lenders. Lenders consist of a consortium of professional investors. One (1) subscription option of series T09 gives the right to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company during the period April 12, 2021 through April 16, 2021 at a subscription price corresponding to 85 percent of the volume-weighted average payment price for the Company's share during the period from and with April 5, 2021 through April 9, 2021 (5-day VWAP), but at least SEK 2.20 and maximum SEK 2.60 per share.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70 percent of the volume weighted average trading price during the period September 12, 2022 - September 23, 2022, however, not less than SEK 1.0 (share quota value) and not more than SEK 2.25 per share.
