One (1) warrant of series TO 1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average payment price for the Company's shares on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market during ten (10) trading days before the exercise period begins, from February 9, 2021 until February 22, 2021. However, the subscription price can not be lower than SEK 2.90 and no higher than SEK 8.70. The exercising period with the support of warrants of series TO 1 will take place from February 24, 2021 until March 10, 2021.

Update (17.06.2020): Conversion of paid subscribed units (BTU) into shares and warrants of series TO 1 and TO 2.

One (1) warrant of series TO 2 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average payment price for the Company's shares on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market during ten (10) trading days before the exercise period begins, from October 25, 2021 until November 5, 2021. However, the subscription price can not be lower than SEK 2.90. The exercising period with the support of warrants of series TO 2 will take place from November 9, 2021 until November 23, 2021.
