Two (2) warrants entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company. One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for the share price corresponding to eighty (80) percent of a volume weighted average share price of the Company's share during the period from October 24, 2016 to November 4, 2016. However, the subscription price is limited to a maximum of SEK 6 per share with reference to current legislation, the subscription price may not be less than the share's quota value at the time of subscription. The subscription of shares with the support of the warrants shall take place in accordance with the terms of the warrants during the period from November 14, 2016 until November 28, 2016.

One (1) warrant is granted for six (6) shares. One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company.
