Freetrailer Group A/S issues warrants
The board of Freetrailer Group A/S has allocated a total of 25,000 warrants that will be awarded to an employee in the company.
The exercise price and market value follow the announcements from 13 February 2023 and warrants are issued in accordance with the authorization in the company's articles of association § 4b(2). The issued warrants vest over three years.
