One (1) warrant of series TO 1 is granted for every three (3) shares held on the record date, January 9, 2020. One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company. The subscription price for shares is determined by the volume weighted average price of the company’s share on First North between May 14, 2020 and May 28, 2020, with an applied discount of twenty-five (25) percent. The subscription price, however, can not be lower than SEK 8.50 per share and not higher than SEK 9.90 per share.

Update (08.01.2020): The first day for trading in warrants of series TO 1 is January 15, 2020.

Update (23.05.2020): Fluicell has received subscription commitments and guarantee commitments totaling approximately SEK 18 million which corresponds to approximately sixty-eight (68) percent of the total issue liquidity.

Update (28.05.2020): The subscription price has been set on SEK 8.50 per share.

Update (15.06.2020): Fluicell announces the last day for exercise of warrants of the TO 1 series.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresonds to 60 percent of the volume weighted average trading price during the period April 25, 2022 - May 8, 2022, however, not less than share quota value and not more than SEK 25 per share.

Update (01.11.2021): First trading day for warrants TO3 is November 5, 2021.

Update (09.05.2022): Subscription price for warrants of series TO3 has been set - SEK 5.41 per share.

One (1) warrant TO4 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading during a period of ten (10) trading days ending two (2) banking days before the usage period begins, however, not less than quota value and not more than SEK 4.20 per share.

Update (07.11.2022): First trading day for warrants TO4 is November 16, 2022.

Update (01.06.2023): Subscription price for warrants TO4 has been set - SEK 1.42 per share.
