Update (18.06.2020): Subscription price for warrants TO2/TO3/TO4 has been set - SEK 1.40.

One (1) warrant of series TO3 is granted for every thirty-four (34) shares held on the record date (August 2, 2018). One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for SEK 11.30.

One (1) warrant of series TO4 is granted for every twenty-five (25) shares held on the record date (February 20, 2019). One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for SEK 4.02.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period May 13, 2020 - May 27, 2020, however, not less than SEK 1.15 and not more SEK 2.30.

Update (14.01.2020): First trading day for warrants TO5 is January 21, 2020.

Update (04.05.2020): Warrants TO5 exercising is secured for SEK 10 million.

Update (27.05.2020): Subscription price for warrants TO5 has been set - SEK 1.40.

For every seven (7) shares held on the record date (July 17, 2020), one (1) warrant TO6 and a warrant TO7 will be received.

Update (13.07.2020): One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the average volume weighted trading price during October 29, 2020 - November 11, 2020, however, not less than SEK 1.15 and not more than SEK 2.08 per share. Subscription with the support of warrants will take place from November 16, 2020 - November 27, 2020.

Update (12.11.2020): Subscription price for warrants TO6 has been set - SEK 1.15.

For every seven (7) shares held on the record date (July 17, 2020), one (1) warrant TO6 and a warrant TO7 will be received.

Update (13.07.2020): One (1) warrant of series TO7 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70 percent of the average volume weighted trading price during April 29, 2021 - May, 12 2021, however, not less than 0.025 (share quota value) and not more than SEK 2.70 per share. Subscription with the support of warrants will take place from May 17, 2021 - May 28, 2021.

Update (14.05.2021): Subscription price for warrants TO7 has been set - SEK 0.67.

Update (21.05.2021): Last trading day for warrants TO7.

One (1) warrant TO8 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period January 17, 2023 - 30, 2023, however, not less than share quota value.

Update (07.12.2022): First trading day for warrants EOID TO8 is December 15, 2022.

Update (31.01.2023): Subscription price for warrants TO8 has been set - SEK 1.18 per share and recalculated taking into account the decided merger of shares and decided reduction of the share capital. The warrants utilisation ratio has been recalculated from 1 to 0.01, which means that 100 warrants of series TO8 give the right to subscribe for one (1) new share.
