Three (3) warrants of series TO 4 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) share in the Company during the period from April 12, 2021 to April 26, 2021. Strike price for warrants will correspond to seventy (70) percent of the VWAP of the Company's share price on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Sweden during the period from March 29, 2021 to April 9, 2021, but at least SEK 6 and a maximum of SEK 22 per share.

Update (12.04.2021): Exercise price for the warrants of series TO4 has been determined - SEK 22.00.

Update (19.04.2021): Last day of trading in warrants of series TO4 is April 22, 2021.

Three (3) warrants of series TO5 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70 percent of the volume weighted average trading price during the period August 23, 2021 - September 3, 2021, however, not less than SEK 6.0 and not more than SEK 25.0 per share.

Update (06.09.2021): Subscription price for warrants TO5 has been set - SEK 25.0.

Update (10.09.2021): Last trading day for warrants TO5 is September 16, 2021.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period August 21, 2023 - September 1, 2023, however, not less than share quota value. Subscription period with the support of warrants will take place between September 7, 2023 - September 21, 2023.
