One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 75 percent of the average volume weighted trading price during the period of twenty (20) trading days which ends two (2) banking days before each utilization period begins, however, not less than SEK 0.25 and not more than SEK 0.55 per share.

Update (18.11.2015): Subscription price for warrants TO1 has been set - SEK 0.25.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to average volume weighted trading price during the period September 21, 2020 - October 2, 2020 with a discount of thirty (30) percent, however, not less than SEK 12.00 and not more than SEK 18.00 per share. Subscription with the support of warrants will take place from October 5, 2020 - October 16, 2020.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period March 6, 2023 - March 17, 2023, however, not less than SEK 1.0 and not more than SEK 3.90 per share. Subscription period with the support of warrants will take place between March 20, 2023 - March 31, 2023.
