Two (2) warrants of series TO 1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company.

Update (01.07.2020): Recalculating the subscription exercise price for warrants of series TO1 and TO2. Two (2) warrants of series TO1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for SEK 2.26.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average price for the Company's shares according to Nasdaq First North Growth Market official price list during the period from August 13, 2020 until August 27, 2020. Subscription period for subscription of shares with the support of the warrants will take place from August 31, 2020 until September 11, 2020. The subscription price may not be lower than SEK 0.65 (EUR 0.06) or higher than SEK 1.30 (EUR 0.12).

Update (09.12.2019): Today, trading in warrants of series 2-2019 will commence.

Update (01.07.2020): Recalculating the subscription exercise price for warrants of series TO1 and TO2.

Update (28.08.2020): The subscription price for the exercise of series 2 warrants in Enersize has been set at SEK 0.46 in Sweden and EUR 0.04438 in Finland.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period January 13, 2023 - January 26, 2023, however, not less than share quota value and not more than SEK 0.04 per share. Subscription period with the support of warrants will take place between January 30, 2023 - February 13, 2023.
