One (1) warrant of series TO1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for the price which corresponds to the volume-weighted average price paid for the Company´s share on Nasdag First North Growth Market Sweden during the period April 1, 2022 - April 14, 2022 with a discount of twenty-five (25) percent. The subscription with the support of warrants will take place between April 19, 2022 - May 3, 2022.

Update (19.04.2022): Subscription price for warrants TO1 has been set - SEK 22.00 per share.

Warrants of series TO2 have a planned redemption period from 3 October 2022 to 14 October 2022. The exercise price is planned to amount to 75 percent of the volume-weighted average price over a two-week period, between 19 September 2022 and 30 September 2022, before option redemption, however, a minimum of the share's quota value and a maximum of SEK 9.60.

Update (03.10.2022): One (1) warrant TO2 entitles the holder to subscribe one (1) new share. Subscription price for warrants TO2 has been set - SEK 2.57 per share.
