One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70 percent of the average volume-weighted trading of the price according to Spotlight Stock Market’s official price during the period September 14, 2020 - September 25, 2020, but not less than SEK 2.60 and not more than SEK 5.20 per share. The subscription with the support of warrants will take place during October 1, 2020 - October 15, 2020.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70 percent of the average volume-weighted trading price according to Spotlight Stock Market’s during the period March 1, 2021 - March 15, 2021, but not less than SEK 0.125 and not more than SEK 2.00 per share. The subscription with the support of warrants will take place during March 1, 2021 - March 31, 2021.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70 percent of the volume weighted average trading price during the period May 16, 2022 - May 27, 2022, however, not less than SEK 0.125 (share quota value) and not more than SEK 1.50 per share.

One (1) warrant TO4 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period May 15, 2023 - May 29, 2023, however, not less than share quota value and not more than SEK 0.20 per share.

Update (30.05.2023): Subscription price for warrants TO4 has been set - SEK 0.11 per share.

One (1) warrant TO5 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period October 13, 2023 - October 27, 2023, however, not less than share quota value and not more than SEK 0.25 per share. Subscription period with the support of warrants will take place between November 1, 2023 - November 15, 2023.
