One (1) warrant of series TO3 B entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for SEK 4.5 per share.

Update (18.11.2013): Recalculated terms have set at SEK 2.53 per share and one warrant entitles the holder the right to subscribe for 1.78 class B shares. Subscription will take place in items of fifty (50) warrants. Eighty-nine (89) B shares are subscribed for every fifty (50) warrants.
