One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for the price which corresponds to a price with a thirty (30) percent discount of the volume-weighted average trading price according to Spotlight Stock Market's official price list for the Company's share during the period from 18 January 2021 - January 29, 2021, but not lower than SEK 3.25 or higher than SEK 11.50 per share. The warrants are not intended to be listed on the marketplace. Subscription of shares with the support of warrants of series TO1 can take place during the period 1 February 2021 - 15 February 2021.

Update (29.01.2021): The subscription price for the exercise of warrants of series TO1 has been set - SEK 11.50.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for price range between SEK 7.90 - SEK 15.80 during the period June 28, 2023 - July 19, 2023.

Update (20.06.2022): First trading day for warrants TO1 is June 30, 2022.

Update (27.06.2023): Subscription price for warrants TO1 has been set - SEK 7.90 per share.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period of twenty (20) trading days ending two (2) banking days before the start of the exercise period, however, not less than SEK 1.50 and not more than SEK 4.70 per share.
