Update (26.05.2017): Trading in warrants series TO3 2017/2020 commences on May 29, 2017.

Update (11.10.2017): The exercise price has been changed from 5.12 SEK to 4 SEK. Holding of one (1) warrant of series TO3 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share at a price of 5.12 SEK.

Update (11.04.2018): Exercise period of Brighter Warrants TO3, April 11-25. During the period of April 11 to April 25, 2018, holders of TO3 Warrants can exercise the Warrants and subscribe for new shares. One (1) TO3 warrant can be exchanged for one (1) share, at a price of SEK 4.00.

Update (11.10.2018): The exercise period of TO3 starts today. The subscription price for the shares is SEK 4.

Update (11.04.2019): The exercise period of TO3 starts today. The subscription price for the shares is SEK 4.

Update (11.10.2019): The exercise period of BRIG TO3 starts today. One (1) TO3 can be exchanged for one (1) share during the period, at a price of SEK 4.

Update (20.11.2019): According to the terms for warrants in the TO3 series, the subscription price shall be recalculated in such a way that the new subscription price corresponds to the subscription price in the benefit issue. This means that after recalculation, one (1) warrant in the TO3 series will still give the right to subscribe for one (1) new share in Brighter, but at a recalculated subscription price of SEK 2 per share. Prior to recalculation, one (1) warrant in series TO3 gives the right to subscribe for one (1) new share in Brighter at a subscription price of SEK 4 per share.

Update (09.04.2020): Last exercise period of Brighter TO3 starts April 10, 2020.

Each Warrant gives right to subscribe for one (1) new share in Brighter at a fixed strike price representing a 30 percent premium to the reference price on the issuance date of the Warrants. The strike price for Warrants under the second Tranche is set at SEK 6.01.

Update (22.02.2018): First exercise period of TO4 starts today. The subscription price for the shares has been set at SEK 6.01.

Update (22.02.2019): Exercise Brighter TO4 February 22–March 8. One (1) TO4 can be exchanged for one (1) share during the period, at a price of SEK 6.01.

Update (23.08.2019): The exercise period of TO4 starts August 25, 2020. One (1) TO4 can be exchanged for one (1) share during the period, at a price of SEK 6.01.

Update (21.02.2020): Exercise period of BRIG TO4 begins February 22, 2020. One (1) TO4 can be exchanged for one (1) share during the period, at a price of SEK 2.

Update (25.08.2020): The last exercise period of Brighter TO4 starts today. One (1) warrant gives the right to subscribe for one (1) share at the subscription price of SEK 2.

Update (03.09.2020): Brighter TO 4 ceases to exist September 8, 2020 – this is the last chance to convert the warrants into shares.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe one (1) share in the Company. The exercise price for BRIG TO5 has been set to 10.56 SEK. The exercise price corresponds to 115 percent of the lowest volume-weighted average price of the Brighter share over the fifteen (15) Business Days immediately preceding the date of the agreement with Winance on May 28th 2019.

Update (05.06.2019): Complete and final terms for BRIG TO5 warrants and the Winance investment have been published.

Update (12.06.2019): Last day of trading including the right to receive BRIG TO5.

Update (20.11.2019): The subscription price in the TO5 series is, after recalculation, SEK 6.40 per share. Prior to the recalculation, the subscription price was SEK 10.56 per share. The number of Brighters´ shares that each warrant in the TO5 series entitles to subscribe for after the recalculation, is 1.65. Prior to the recalculation, one (1) warrant entitled to subscribe for one (1) share.

Update (15.01.2020): Recalculation of warrants in series TO5. The number of Brighter shares that each warrant in the TO5 series entitles subscription for after the recalculation, is 1.65. Prior to the recalculation, one (1) warrant entitled subscription of one (1) share.

Update (31.03.2021): Recalculation of warrants in series TO5. The number of Brighter shares that each warrant in the TO5 series entitles subscription for after the recalculation is 1.7. Prior to the recalculation, one (1) warrant entitled subscription of 1.65 shares.

Three (3) warrants entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for the price corresponding to the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) measured during the period of fifteen (15) trading days ending two (2) banking days before the subscription period for the warrants begins. however, a minimum of SEK 1.20 and a maximum of SEK 2.00 per share. Subscription of shares with the support of warrants TO6 takes place during the period 18 October – 1 November 2021.

Update (22.04.2021): Three (3) warrants entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period of fifteen (15) trading days ending two (2) banking days before the subscription period for the warrants begins, however, a minimum of SEK 1.20 and a maximum of SEK 2.00 per share.

The subscription via warrants TO7 corresponds to 70 percent of the volume-weighted average share trading price during the period May 16, 2022 - May 30, 2022, but not less than SEK 0.05 (the share’s quota value) and not more than SEK 0.38.

Update (11.02.2022): First trading day for warrants TO7 is February 18, 2022.

Update (31.05.2022): Subscription price for warrants TO7 has been set - SEK 0.78 per share.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period January 2, 2023 - January 16, 2023, however, not less than share quota value and not more than SEK 0.08 per share.

The subscription via warrants TO8 corresponds to 70 percent of the volume-weighted average share trading price during the period from May 4, 2023 - May 17, 2023, but not less than SEK 0.05 (the share’s quota value) and not more than SEK 0.45.
