One (1) Unit consists of one (1) share and one (1) free of charge warrant of series TO1. Two (2) warrants entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to eighty (80) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price ten (10) trading days before the exercise period begins, from May 2, 2016 - May 16, 2016, but not more than SEK 4 per share.

Update (02.05.2016): Start of exercise period for warrant ahaWorld TO1.

Two (2) warrants entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for SEK 0.90 per share. The subscription with support of warrants will take place during the period August 1, 2019 - August 30, 2019.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe one (1) new share for SEK 7.0 per share between March 1, 2024 - March 29, 2024.
