One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume weighted average trading price on Spotlight Stock Market three (3) weeks before the subscription period with the support of warrants begins. The subscription period will take place from January 4, 2021 - January 15, 2021.

Update (04.01.2021): Exercise period for warrants of series TO1 in Bioextrax begins today, January 4, 2021.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent volume-weighted average trading price prior ten (10) trading days ending two (2) banking days before the exercise period begins, however, not less than SEK 70.0 and not more than SEK 98.0 per share. Subscription with the support of warrants will take place from June 1, 2022 - June 15, 2022.

Update (28.06.2021): First trading day for warrants TO2 is July 2, 2021.

Update (19.07.2021): Recalculation of warrants TO2.

Update (31.05.2022): Subscription price for warrants TO2 has been set - SEK 19.64 per share.

Five (5) warrants entitles the holder to subscribe for two (2) new shares for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during the period August 16, 2023 - August 29, 2023, however, not less than SEK 2.80 per share.
