Four (4) warrants entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to 70 percent of the volume weighted average price during thirty (30) trading days prior to April 30, 2020, but not less than 0.42 SEK and not more than SEK 1.26 per share. Subscription with the support of warrants will take place during May 4, 2020 - May 25, 2020.

Four (4) warrants entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average price during ten (10) trading days before the exercise period begins, however, not less than SEK 0.06 and not more than SEK 2.00 per share. Subscription period with support of the warrants will take place from February 22, 2021 - March 08, 2021.
