One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share for the price which corresponds to seventy (70) percent of the volume-weighted average trading price during a period of ten (10) trading days ending two (2) banking days before the exercise period begins, however, not less than DKK 0.10 and not more than DKK 1.10 per share. Subscription period with the support of warrants will take place between March 27, 2023 - April 13, 2023.

Update (23.12.2022): First trading day for warrants TO1 is December 30, 2022.

Update (24.03.2023): Subscription price for warrants TO1 has been set - DKK 0.13 per shares.
