Arctic Blue Beverages AB announces resignation of a board member
Arctic Blue Beverages AB board member Ilari Schouwvlieger has today resigned from the board of directors at his own request
“Ilari has served on the Arctic Blue Beverages AB board of directors since the company went public in May 2022 and since December 2020 as a board of directors of Arctic Blue Beverages Oy,” says Antti Villanen, Chairman of the Arctic Blue Beverages AB board of directors. “Over this time, he made many contributions to the success and growth of the company. On behalf of the board of directors, the management team and our shareholders, I thank Ilari and wish him all the best in the future.”
Arctic Blue Beverages AB board of directors going forward consist of 6 members: Antti Villanen (Chairman of the Board), Gustaf Björnberg, Petri Heino, Tuomas Kukkonen, Johan Biehl and Katri Teller. The composition of the board is in accordance with the articles of association.
